Meet the Owners

At the heart of Bloom & Dillier Interiors is the dynamic partnership of Rochelle Bloom and Kacey Dillier — a perfect blend of creativity, expertise, and vision. We’re two moms who met on the sidelines of our children’s soccer games and discovered a shared love for design. With Rochelle’s background in psychology and Kacey’s in architecture, we both saw how design could shape the way families live and feel in their homes. What started as a few small projects soon grew into Bloom & Dillier Interiors — a studio built on creativity, collaboration, and a passion for beautiful, livable spaces.

We believe that color brings joy and personality to a home. We’re not afraid of bold choices, and we’re always on the hunt for fresh patterns, unexpected details, and a balance between sophistication and comfort. To us, stripes are a neutral!

Together, we approach every project with both artistry and precision. Rochelle brings an intuitive eye for color, pattern, and the emotional feel of a space, while Kacey blends creative vision with a strong sense of structure, proportion, and flow. Our collaboration is seamless—from concept to completion.

As working moms based in Rhode Island, we understand that homes have to do it all — they need to be functional, durable, and full of life. A well-designed home should reflect the people who live there — messy moments, memories, and all. Whether we’re designing a cozy family space or a bold statement room, our goal is always the same: to create homes that make people feel happy to walk through the door.

More about Kacey

Photography: Sasha Israel

With a degree in architecture and over a decade of experience in the field, Kacey brings a depth of experience in structure, proportion, and flow to every project. After becoming a mother of three, she shifted her focus to interior design — drawn to the more personal, fast-paced nature of helping people feel happy and at ease in their homes, even when life feels beautifully chaotic.

Guided by architectural principles and a belief that thoughtful design can make daily life smoother and more joyful, she approaches every project with equal parts creativity and intention. Kacey’s work reflects her architectural roots while celebrating the warmth, personality, and livability.

Kacey’s never met a stranger and is an extrovert to her core—chatty, warm, and always up for a laugh. When she’s not spending time with friends and family, she’s likely decorating a kids birthday cake, cheering on RIFC with her family, or daydreaming about being on the beach with Jimmy Buffett playing in the background.

More about Rochelle

Photography: Sasha Israel

Rochelle, with a background in psychotherapy and years of running her own practice, brings a deep understanding of how design influences mood, connection, and well-being. As a mother of four, she knows the importance of creating spaces that are both calm and adaptable — homes that feel as good as they look.

With a passion for creating timeless and livable interiors, she works closely with clients to uncover their personal style and transform their spaces. Her design philosophy is rooted in the belief that a well-designed home can elevate everyday life, and she loves nothing more than seeing a client fall in love with their home all over again.

When she’s not designing, you’ll find Rochelle on the soccer and lacrosse sidelines cheering on her four sons, exploring art, antiquing, or soaking up inspiration from her travels to South Carolina and Europe. She’s always up for a girls’ weekend getaway, enjoys fresh flowers and the beach, and unapologetically jams out to 2000s R&B along the way.
