Our Design Refresh is perfect for clients seeking a lighter touch. Rather than a full overhaul, we work with many of your existing pieces to create an updated, cohesive, and elevated look.
While it might seem simpler to refresh rather than redesign, working around existing items requires thoughtful planning. We carefully consider how new elements - like rugs, pillows, window treatments, accent furniture, and fresh paint - will complement what you already own.
A Design Refresh does not include custom built-ins, or construction work, but it’s an ideal way to refresh your space with style, color, and personality while keeping your favorites intact.
Redesign
This Redesign is ideal for clients seeking a fully curated transformation—one that goes beyond simple updates to create a cohesive, high-end space. We guide you through every step, ensuring your home reflects your personal style with thoughtfully selected pieces and finishes.

This package is perfect if you’re ready to invest in a polished, cohesive design that covers every detail—without the stress of managing multiple contractors. With our guidance, your space will be fully furnished, finished, and styled to achieve a luxury-level result. Structural changes such as moving walls, major cabinetry renovations, or flooring replacement are not included.
Renovate
For larger renovation projects that include construction, architectural changes, and full-scale design, our process is comprehensive and collaborative to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly.
Discovery and Programming: We begin with an in-person or virtual meeting to understand your vision, lifestyle, and goals for the space. Together, we discuss how you live, your functional needs, design preferences, and any existing challenges.
Concept Direction & Space Planning: We translate your vision into a clear design direction. Our team develops detailed floor plans and layouts that support your lifestyle and meet architectural requirements.
You’ll also receive a Visual Direction Board—a curated mix of inspiration images, materials, and style cues—to define the project’s aesthetic and ensure we’re perfectly aligned before moving forward.
Design Development & Specifications: Once your concept is approved, we dive into detailed design development. During this phase, we select all finishes - including flooring, cabinetry, tile, paint, and fixtures - while designing custom elements such as cabinetry and millwork. We also plan lighting and electrical layouts and coordinate closely with contractors, architects, and trades to ensure seamless execution.
The process culminates in a comprehensive Design Presentation, featuring finalized materials, finishes, and products, along with a detailed budget and timeline.
Project Management & Installation: From start to finish, we handle the details so you don’t have to. During construction, we oversee progress, coordinate with contractors and trades, and solve any surprises along the way. Once the work is done, we style and furnish your space, turning your vision into a fully realized, beautifully finished home.
While we oversee and coordinate the renovation process, certain major structural or specialized construction work may require separate approvals or contractors outside our standard scope and not included in this service.
